RETURNS & EXCHANGES

CHANGES

Exchanges for defective garments must be made within 30 days of purchase. If there is a sizing error, changes must be made within 7 days of purchase. Proof of purchase is required to make an exchange. Changes are only made on the same garment and in the same color. No changes will be made for change of mind, damages for misuse or for damages caused by the user. The client shall contact by email email or number telephone to open an exchange or return request.

RETURNS

If you want to return an order, as long as there is a valid reason, such as a shipping error or a garment defect, the customer must pay the shipping cost. If the order is defective, the shipping cost will be refunded to the customer. In the case of returns, the customer will receive a full refund once the returned item has been received and verified by us. If the order is not received, the full cost of the order will be refunded.
